Existing Use: The site is primarily vacant, undeveloped land except for
some areas used for stockpiling coral material dredged
from Kalaeloa Harbor, OR&L Right-of-Way (ROW), city
park.

and P-2 General Preservation Districts
Land Area: Approximately 516 acres

REQUEST: Change in zoning from AG-1 Restricted Agricultural and
AG-2 General Agricultural Districts to A-1 Low-Density
Apartment District, A-2 Medium Density Apartment District
with a 60-foot height limit, AMX-2 Medium Density
Apartment Mixed Use District with a 90-foot height limit,

REQUEST: Change in zoning from AG-1 Restricted Agricultural and
AG-2 General Agricultural to I-2 Intensive Industrial,
IMX-1 Industrial-Commercial Mixed Use and P-2 General
Preservation to enable development of an industrial and
mixed use business park.

PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of a public hearing to be held by the Department of Customer Services of the City and County of Honolulu.  The purpose of this public hearing sets a new maximum rate that a taxicab driver or taxicab company can set for fare and baggage charges that may be charged to taxicab passengers.

DATE: June 13, 2008

TIME: 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.
